Using a drill, you drift all over the tile. You almost need a drill press and clampsc to use this correctly, and even then.the bit won't last long. Maybe there is a better technique, but I am a little dissappointed. I won't totally bash this product, because it is what it says it is. However, you are not going to easily attach this to a drill and drill holes in tile.
Brand new in sealed box and it worked perfectly. Man tha stuff is tough. Tiled the bathroom and needed to cut a round hole for the toilet pipe. I plan to use it on the microwave vent through the Hardy cement siding. Thanks again AMAZON. Looked at Home Depot and Lowe's and they wanted $40 for this bit. Found it here for $14.95.
Best price, great delivery, and would not hesitate to order again. Works as advertised. Don't know how I would have gotten the cuts shaped as needed without it.
You have to work the bit up and down the whole time. cutting out hvac registers for example can take 30 minutes to an hour. It does the job but makes you really earn it. it works but takes forever. i only use it to cut tile as a last resort.
